Time to duke it out! I kid. Couples sessions are intended for those who need a referee in the room so that all parties are heard and understood. Relationship patterns are a part of life, and it helps to have an unbiased ear caring for the third person - the relationship.

Group: Let’s make it a porch party.
Group sessions are great for healing through a common bond, even if that common bond is challenging. Examples of group sessions include bariatric ED groups, healthy cooking groups, body image support groups, and more.
